Peperonity.com usage statistics and data

So when we launched the mjelly.com mobile directory a couple of week's back we pinged Mobile Industry Review to let them know about it and Ewan Mcleod (MIR founder and a true friend of mobile startups everywhere!) suggested that we do a weekly feature highlighting a site or app from our directory.  With 250k readers amongst the creme of the mobile industry this was too good an offer to resist so we are pushing out a review there every Friday now.  We wont republish the articles here but will provide a couple of key highlights and a link to the relevant post on Mobile Industry Review and you can go and read it there. 

We kicked off a few weeks ago with a look at the mobile community Peperonity - the key numbers:

• 400m page views a month
• 5 million personal pages created on the site
• over a million registered users
• "millions" in mobile ad revenues per annum and one of the largest earners on admob
